The cable can have two structural designs:
The grounding vein in the midwife
The grounding conductor in the center
1. Ground conductor – flexibility 5th grade, from copper wire grade MM, twisted around synthetic thread.
2. Electric conductor – flexibility 5th grade, from copper wire grade MM.
3. Polyethylene terephthalate film for main and additional conductors.
4. Rubber insulation RTI-0 for main and additional conductors.
5. Electric conductive shield from rubber RE-2 for main and additional conductors. Additional conductor has the same construction as the main, but another colour.
6. Hardening core conductor – from polyester thread covered with rubber layer RSHN-1.
7. Inner sheath from rubber RSH-1.
8. Outer sheath from rubber RSN-1.
Cables KGES used for connection of self-propelled vans with electric drive to electric networks at nominal alternating current voltage up to 1140 V, frequency 50 Hz for main conductors and up to 220 V for additional conductors. Cables used for operation in underground premises and mines with high humid level, where possible continuous water presence or often moisture condensation. Electric shields on conductor insulation have preventive shut off of electric power supply system in case of cable damage as well as possible explosion of methane gas in mines.
