CONSTRUCTION:
1. Electric conductor – copper multiwire, round shape, flexibility 5 grade acc.to GOST 22483.
2. Insulation from PVC compound. Core – insulated conductors twisted between each other. Inner сore interval from insulated conductors filled with harness, pressed from polyvinylchloride compound. Multiwire cables have equal section conductors. Four conductor cables with section 25 mm2 and more may have one conductor smaller section (neutral or ground conductor).
3. Inner sheath from PVC compound laid above with filling of spaces between insulated conductors.
4. Outer sheath – from PVC compound.
For cable KGVVng(A) – inner and outer sheath from low fire performance PVC compound.
For cable KGVVng(A)-LS – inner and outer sheath insulation from low fire hazard PVC compound.
Flexible power cables with copper conductors, insulation and sheath from PVC compound KGVV, KGVVng(A), KGVVng(A)-LS used for transmission and distribution of electric energy in stationary units at nominal alternating voltage 0,66 and 1 kV, nominal frequency 50 Hz or at direct voltage up to 1 and 1,5 kV. It`s not recommended to lay cables in ground (trenches) and on the open air without solar protection.
Cables designed for general use application.
Cables can be laid without limitation of level differences on the routing, including vertical areas.
Cables could be used for direct voltage electric networks, not exceeding 2,4U0.
Cables KGVV are flame-retardant at single laying.
Cables KGVVng(A) and KGVVng(A)-LS used for bunched laying in cable structures and inner (closed) electric units, for wiring in apartments and public buildings.
Fire hazard grade for cable KGVV acc.to GOST 31565: O.1.8.2.5.4
Fire hazard grade for cable KGVVng(A) acc. to GOST 31565: P16.8.2.5.4.
Fire hazard grade for cable KGVVng(A)-LS acc. to GOST 31565: P16.8.2.2.2.
