1. Electric conductor – copper multiwire, round shape acc. to grade 5 GOST 22483.
2. Insulation – from insulation rubber. Insulated conductors have distinct solid or striped colouring. Neutral conductor insulation has blue colour, if there is no neutral conductor, blue colour applied to any conductor colouring except grounding. Ground conductor has green-yellow colouring and marked with 0. Single and two-conductor cable colouring not defined. Brown, black, white in case of no combination, green and yellow are not applicable for the colouring of multiwire cable conductors. Core conductor – insulated conductors twisted between each other with the pitch of strand not more than 16 diameters.
3. Separation layer – synthetic film, talc or any other similar material sheathed over the core conductor. It`s allowed to produce without film in case of insulated conductor separation from sheath.
4. Outer sheath – from oil-resistant, flame-retardant, sheathing rubber for the KGN cable. In single-conductor cables KG, KG-XL it`s possible to change insulation and sheath to the insulation protective sheath. Nominal thickness of the insulation protective sheath equals to the amount of nominal sheath and insulation thickness or doubled insulation thickness.

Power cables with copper conductors from rubber insulation and sheath KG 660V used for connection of movable equipment to the electrical networks at alternating voltage 660V, frequency up to 400 Hz or direct voltage 1000V.
Power cables with copper conductors from rubber insulation and sheath KG 380V used for connection of movable electrical receivers to the electrical networks at nominal alternating current 380V, nominal frequency up to 400 Hz or direct voltage 660V.
Cable used for laying in building as well as in the open air without laying underground.
It`s allowed in according to all the safety measures to assembly on ropes in the open air and cable tray systems. Cables KGN are flame-retardant and used for places with high risk of burning.
Drawing of cable, including on the ground and asphalt surfaces strongly prohibited. Cables are not used for application on the handling machinery Oil-resistant cables

Type of climatic application acc.to GOST 15150: U, T placement category 1 and 3.
Cables KGN are flame-retardant at bunched laying.
Range of operating cable temperatures KGN: from -300C up to +500C.
Cable conductor continuous heating temperature at work, not more: +750C.
Cables with nominal section of main conductors 6 mm2 and multiple bending resistant for corner ± 2 rad.
Elongation force for cable should not exceed 19,6N (2,0 kgf) per 1km of the total conductor section Minimum bending radius at laying not less: 7,5 outer diameters.
Life period: 2,5 years, according to stated transportation, storage, laying (assembly) and operation terms. Period begins from the moment of cable production.
Guaranteed operating period: 6 months from the date of putting cable into operation, but not later than 12 months from the production date..
