1. Токопроводящая жила— медная многопроволочная, круглой формы соответствует классу 6 по ГОСТ 22483.

2. Разделительный слой -из синтетической плёнки

3. Изоляция — из резины изоляционной типа РТИ-1 на основе натурального и бутадиенового каучука

4. Оболочка- из резины типа РШ-1 на основе синтетических каучуков; (для кабеля марки КОГ1-ХЛ применяется морозостойкая резина, для кабеля КОГН1 резина не распространяющая горение).

Electrical insulation resistance of cables KOG-1, KOG1-XL, KOGN1 calculated for 1 km of the cable and temperature 200C should be not less than: 

- At receipt and deliver 50 Mom; 

- At operating and storage period 1 Mom Cables resistant to alternating bending to the corner not more ± rad at elongation force not more 100 N (10kgf); 

Minimum number of alternating loads: 

Nominal conductor section, mm2 : 16-35 – 12000 alternating bands 

Nominal conductor section, mm2 : 50-150 – 10000 alternating bands 

Cable tested on static flexibility Range of operating temperatures: from -300C up to +550C for cable KOGN1 

Range of operating temperatures: from -500C up to +550C for cable KOG1 

Range of operating temperatures: from -600C up to +550C for cable KOG1-XL UV-resistant cables Cables resistant to environmental conditions in accordance with operation conditions group YM1 acc. to GOST 17516-72

Life period: not less than 4 years. 

Guaranteed operating period: 6 months from the date of putting cable into operation, but not later than 12 months from the production date.
