Wires with insulation from polyvinylchloride compound for electrical units at voltage up to 450/750 V inclusive

CONSTRUCTION: 

1. Electric conductor: - copper single or multiwire 1 or 2 grade acc. to GOST 22483 for cable PyV - copper multiwire 5 grade acc. to GOST 22483 for cables PyGV 

2. Insulation – from polyvinylchloride compound

Wires with copper conductor with insulation from polyvinylchloride compound PyV and PyGV used for electric units at stationary laying in lightning and power networks, as well as for assembly of electric equipment, machinery, rigs, inner electric units at nominal alternating voltage up to 450/750 V inclusive, nominal frequency up to 400 Hz or direct voltage up to 1000 V inclusive. 

Wires used for general purpose application at deliveries to the internal market and export. Wires used for laying in steel pipes, boxes, cable trays etc for mounting of electric chains. 

Wires used for single laying in cable structures and industrial buildings. 

Bunched laying used only in outer electric units and industrial buildings, where temporary presence of service operator is possible, this case needs to use passive fire protection. 

Fire hazard grade acc. to GOST 31565: O1.8.2.5.4.

Type of climatic application UXL, placement category 2 acc.to GOST 15150. 

Flame-retardant wires at single laying. 

Wires resistant to low ambient temperature: up to - 500C. 

Wires resistant to high ambient temperature: up to +650C. 

Wires resistant to relative atmosphere humidity up to 98% at ambient temperature up to +350C. 

Wires resistant to impacts at temperature - 150C. 

Cable conductor continuous heating temperature at operation: not more than 700C. 

Laying and wire assembly without preheating applied at temperature not less -150C. 

Minimum bending radius at laying not less: 10 outer wire diameters. 

Life period: not less 20 years in accordance with terms of storage, transportation, laying (assembly) and operation. 

Life period begins from the date of wire production. 

Guaranteed operating period: 3 years from the date of putting wire into operation, but not later than 6 months from production date.
