Low fire hazard wires for electric units at voltage up to 450/750 V inclusive

CONSTRUCTION: 

1. Electric conductor: - copper single or multiwire 1 or 2 grade acc. to GOST 22483 for cables PyPng(A)-HF, PyPPng(A)-HF; - copper multiwire 5 grade acc. to GOST 22483 for cables PyGPng(A)-HF, PyGPPng(A)- HF. 

2. Insulation – from halogen-free polymer compound 

3. Outer sheath – from halogen-free polymer compound (for cables PyGPPng(A)-HF, PyPPng(A)-HF). 

Wires with copper conductor with insulation from halogen-free polymer compound with low smoke and gas emissions PyGPng(A)-HF, PyPng(A)-HF and wires with copper conductor with insulation and sheath from halogen-free polymer compound with low smoke and gas emissions PyGPPng(A)-HF, PyPPng(A)-HF used for electric units at stationary laying in lightning and power networks, as well as for assembly of electric equipment, machinery, rigs, inner electric units at nominal alternating voltage up to 450/750 V inclusive, nominal frequency up to 400 Hz or direct voltage up to 1000 V inclusive. 

Wires used for general purpose application at deliveries to the internal market and export. 

Wires used for cable lines and electric wiring at bunched and single laying in offices equipped with computers and microprocessor technologies, spectator areas and sport facilities. 

Flame-retardant wires at bunched laying according to A category. 

Type of climatic application UXL, placement category 2 acc.to GOST 15150. 

Flame-retardant wires at bunched laying. 

Smoke generation during cables burning and smouldering doesn`t lead to decrease of transparency in test chamber more than 40%. 

Value of equivalent toxicity index of wire combustion products not more than 40g/m3 Wires resistant to low ambient temperature: up to - 500C. 

Wires resistant to high ambient temperature: up to +650C.

Wires resistant to relative atmosphere humidity up to 98% at ambient temperature up to +350C. Bending-resistant wires. 

Cable conductor continuous heating temperature at operation: not more than 700C. 

Laying and wire assembly without preheating applied at temperature not less -150C. 

Minimum bending radius at laying not less: -5 outer wire diameters for PyGPng(A)-HF, PyGPPng(A)-HF; -10 outer wire diameters for PyPng(A)-HF, PyPPng(A)-HF. Life period: not less 20 years in accordance with terms of storage, transportation, laying (assembly) and operation. 

Life period begins from the date of wire production. 

Guaranteed operating period: 3 years from the date of putting wire into operation, but not later than 6 months from production date.
