CONSTRUCTION:

1. Electric conductor:
- copper single or multiwire 1 or 2 grade acc. to GOST 22483 for cables PyVng(A)-LS,
PyVVng(A)-LS;
- copper multiwire 5 grade acc. to GOST 22483 for cables PyGVng(A)-LS,
PyGVVng(A)-LS
2. Insulation – from low fire hazard polyvinylchloride compound
3. Outer sheath – from low fire hazard polyvinylchloride compound (for cables PyVVng(A)-
LS, PyGVVng(A)-LS).

Wires with copper conductor with insulation from low fire hazard polyvinylchloride compound PyGVng(A)-LS, PyVng(A)-LS and wires with copper conductor with insulation and sheath from low fire hazard polyvinylchloride compound PyGVVng(A)-LS, PyVVng(A)-LS used for electric units at stationary laying in lightning and power networks, as well as for assembly of electric equipment, machinery, rigs, inner electric units at nominal alternating voltage up to 450/750 V inclusive, nominal frequency up to 400 Hz or direct voltage up to 1000 V inclusive. 

Wires used for general purpose application at deliveries to the internal market and export. 

Wires used for bunched laying of cable lines in buildings of inner (closed) electric units, for electric wiring in apartments and public places

Flame-retardant wires at bunched laying according to A category 

Fire hazard grade acc. to GOST 31565: P1b.8.1.2.1

Type of climatic application UXL, placement category 2 acc.to GOST 15150. 

Flame-retardant wires at bunched laying. 

Smoke generation during cables burning and smouldering doesn`t lead to decrease of transparency in test chamber more than 50%. 

Value of equivalent toxicity index of wire combustion products not more than 40g/m3 Wires resistant to low ambient temperature: up to - 500C. 

Wires resistant to high ambient temperature: up to +650C. 

Wires resistant to relative atmosphere humidity up to 98% at ambient temperature up to +350C. 

Bending-resistant wires. 

Cable conductor continuous heating temperature at operation: not more than 700C. 

Laying and wire assembly without preheating applied at temperature not less -150C. 

Minimum bending radius at laying not less: -5 outer wire diameters for PyGVng(A)-LS, PyGVVng(A)-LS; -10 outer wire diameters for PyVng(A)-LS, PyVVng(A)-LS; 

Life period: not less 20 years in accordance with terms of storage, transportation, laying (assembly) and operation. 

Life period begins from the date of wire production. 

Guaranteed operating period: 3 years from the date of putting wire into operation, but not later than 6 months from production date.
